If the Trinity is dirt, grass, and rock
Then they are truly
Everywhere
They are in dirty hands
Soil
Smudged faces of the homeless, who sit in corners
They are in fields
Flowerbeds
Bouquets at weddings and funerals
They are in buildings
Benches
Steeples from Great Britain to Bangladesh
If the Trinity is dirt, grass, and rock
May we make altars of these sacred spaces
For, holiness is everywhere and in everyone.
